Leaving tomorrow!

After almost 2 years of planning, we are packing up tonight to leave for Nairobi in the morning! Jodie and Jenny are on their way over, Carrie is driving from North Carolina and our California ladies (Patti and Kelli) are meeting us in Dulles tomorrow. We are hoping to blog in the evenings whenever possible so our friends and family can tell what we are doing each day. These first two days are travel, but we will be very busy starting Monday morning (Kenya is 8 hours ahead of us here on the east coast). Check us out later this week! Cheryl

  1. Kudos to the six brave women trotting half around the globe to bring the love of Jesus. We are praying for protection, boldness and effectiveness. And for each of you to return home safe from trouble, but very troubling and dangerous to the opposition, particularly in the form of apathy and "sameness."

  4. Hey girls, sorry to hear about the late flight. I don't know what flight we monitored all the way across Africa but we thought you were on it! Oh, well. We're thinking of you back here and trust that once you get some sleep, you'll have an unforgetable time! PS-Marian finished writing "And I Mean it Stanley!" & Sully got his first tattoo!
